Refund policy
If your mealworms are cold when they arrive they may seem unresponsive. Gently allow them to warm up slowly and then follow the instructions in the mealworm guide included with your order. We add an additional 15% to all orders to account for any loss incurred during transport. If you experience a greater death rate than that, please contact us immediately for instructions. Please do not ship to unmonitored community mailboxes as we cannot guarantee survival rates. We do not accept returns on live orders.
