Refund Policy

If your mealworms are cold when they arrive they may seem unresponsive. Gently allow them to warm up slowly and then follow the instructions in the mealworm guide included with your order. Depending on destination we add an additional 10% to 20% to all orders to account for any loss incurred during transport. If you experience a greater death rate than that upon receipt, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for instructions. Please do not ship to unmonitored community mailboxes as we cannot guarantee survival rates. We do not accept returns on live orders. 

We stand by what we sell so if you are ever unhappy with your purchase please contact us for a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
