Unfortunately, we planted this garlic in a slightly wetter part of our garden and they did not grow as large as the other varieties. However, it is a good storage variety and keeps well into the winter. Fiery with an initial burst of garlic heat that mellows out as it lingers. Very deeply flavoured with an earthy and almost musky flavour that many garlic lovers prize
Approximately 20-30 bulbs per lb. 7-10 cloves per bulb. Assorted bulb sizes but mostly small to medium.
